Integrated bass management and LFE channel control

• Channels 1- 5 Bypass can be selected when used as an LFE loudspeaker in conjunction with full frequency range main monitors
   
• Channels 1- 5 provide a mix of sub-bass for the Subwoofer that is mixed with the LFE input (if used)
   
• LFE gain adjustable independently from 5 channel LF mix, with combined bass output level control
   
• Selectable low frequency roll-off at 28Hz or 40Hz
   
• Continuously variable Distance Control 0 - 1m for room position/time alignment

Designed to complement the performance of the RL903, RL904, RL906 studio monitors in the lower octaves, or to act as the LFE/main subwoofer for 5.1-channel audio monitoring. XLR input and output connectors on the sub-bass units manage the +6dB monitor channels for the front left, middle, right and two rear surround signals which are processed through 80 Hz High Pass Filters, whilst their mixed output is used to drive the sub-bass unit through an 80 Hz Low Pass Filter achieving a smooth extension of the system response with exceptionally low total harmonic distortion as the response curves show.
