Geoff Foster adds to his Gefell collection

Geoff Foster has added a fourth UM75 classic vintage tube microphone to his personal collection, as well as ordering four Gefell UM92.1S tube mics, one of his other favourites.
Geoff has used his Gefell mics for almost all of his recent work, including the recently premiered Bee Movie. Other recent credits with stunning sound include Elizabeth: The Golden Age, Pirates of The Caribbean, Casino Royale, The Da Vinci Code, and Moulin Rouge.
Notable artists for which he used his UM75’s, and Air Studios Gefell UM900 mics, include Shirley Bassey, and Hans Zimmer’s new 96 KHz sample library recording. Find out more about Geoff at Air Studios web site and click on Engineers.
