The signal path is fully balanced from end to end, resulting in a wide dynamic range, massive headroom, ultra-wide bandwidth and a very open, musical character, while new high-current output drivers enable even longer cable runs without signal loss. Fully balanced with transformerless inputs and outputs, and using Transimpedance or “current feedback” amplifiers in place of traditional “voltage feedback” op-amps

The m201 is available with an optional low latency A/D converter capable of up to 24bit/192kHz operation on AES3 output XLRs. External synchronization to word clock or Digidesign LoopSync is available, and features the Grace Design proprietary dual stage PPL with s-Lock for extremely low jitter and rock solid digital stability without the use of sample rate conversion.

For those using DPA high voltage microphones, 130V / 190V option is also available.
